VIETNAM WHITE PEPPER

White pepper is exclusively the inside of the pepper fruit. The dark colored outer skin is removed either after soaking the fruit in water, or mechanically. Then, the inside of the fruit is dried, and we have the well-known white pepper, which has a different taste and aroma from black pepper. White pepper lovers find a way to use it either in raw salads or in any cooked food.
