GRINDED COLINDER

It is a main ingredient in the garam masala mix along with cumin, and is widely used in Indian cuisine. Coriander has been used for centuries as an herb to relieve pain, cramps, spasms, nausea, indigestion and yeast infections. It is able to eliminate dangerous bacteria such as E. coli, salmonella and the highly resistant superbug MRSA. Its leaves, fruits and root are used, while its oil produced from its seeds is also used as a preservative in commercial foods.
